Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, but you must act fast. Because our products are handmade to order, please contact us at support@macrya.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

    • If production has not started, we will cancel/modify it for free.

    • If the item is already in production or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer payment options tailored to your location. For customers in Vietnam, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For International orders, we accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through PayPal’s secure checkout system.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, you may return standard items if you change your mind. However, please note:

  • You must report the return to us within 3-5 days of receiving your package.

  • The item must reach our workshop in Vietnam within 14 days (for Vietnam orders) or 30 days (for International orders).

  • Shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Custom/Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved (Vietnam Orders): Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days.

  • Approved (International Orders): Refund will be applied back to your original method of payment (PayPal/Credit Card) within 7-10 business days.

  • Rejected: If the item is used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
