Simply browse our website, add the macramé items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment securely.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, but you must act fast. Because our products are handmade to order, please contact us at support@macrya.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

    • If production has not started, we will cancel/modify it for free.

    • If the item is already in production or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal to ensure secure transactions.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to our workshop in Vietnam.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected: If the item is used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Yes! All our products are carefully handcrafted to ensure uniqueness and high quality.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! If you’d like a personalized or custom-made product, please contact us at support@macrya.com. Custom orders may require extra processing time.

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each item is handmade, the total delivery time is calculated as follows:
