1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

Since our products are handmade to order, we need time to craft them before shipping.

    • Handling Time: Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for production.

    • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+07:00) Indochina Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to offer Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States.

    • Destination: United States (US).

    • Shipping Cost: $9.99  (Standard Shipping).

    • Estimated Transit Time: 12-17 business days.

    • Total Delivery Time: 13-20 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

We use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL) to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Shipping within Vietnam

We are happy to offer domestic shipping to our customers across Vietnam. All domestic orders are processed with the same care and attention to detail as our international shipments.

  • Shipping Cost: FREE for all orders nationwide.

  • Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Estimated Transit Time:

    • Hoi An & Da Nang: 1-2 business days.

    • Major Cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City): 3-5 business days.

    • Other Provinces: 4-7 business days.

  • Carriers: We use reliable domestic carriers such as GHTK, Viettel Post, or GHN to ensure your order reaches you safely.

4.  Shipping to Other Countries (Japan, Korea, etc.)

We are happy to bring Macrya products to craft lovers worldwide! If you are located outside of Vietnam and the United States (e.g., Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.), please contact us before placing your order.

  • How to order: Simply send us a message via Facebook, or our Live Chat with the items you’d like and your shipping address.

  • Shipping Cost: We will check with our shipping partners and provide you with the most accurate and affordable shipping quote based on your package’s weight and destination.

  • Delivery Time: Usually 7-14 business days once the order is processed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

    • You can track your package via our website or directly on the carrier’s tracking page.

    • Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update on the system after shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Packages shipped outside of Vietnam may be subject to customs inspections and import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Macrya does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • US Orders Note: For orders entering the US, there are typically no import duties for totals under $800. However, this is subject to change based on US Customs regulations.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Reporting a Delay: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at:

    • Vietnam Orders: After 7 business days.

    • International Orders: After 30 business days from the shipping date.

  • Investigation: We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is officially confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or a one-time free replacement.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Macrya is not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In these cases, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
