1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

Since our products are handmade to order, we need time to craft them before shipping.

    • Handling Time: Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for production.

    • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+07:00) Indochina Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States.

    • Destination: United States (US).

    • Shipping Cost: FREE (0.00 USD).

    • Estimated Transit Time: 10-15 business days.

    • Total Delivery Time: 13-20 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

We use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL) to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

    • You can track your package via our website or directly on the carrier’s tracking page.

    • Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update on the system after shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • Packages shipped from Vietnam to the United States may be subject to customs inspections.

    • Tax Note: For most orders under $800 entering the US, there are typically no import duties. However, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the US Customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

    • If your package has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately.

    • We will investigate with the carrier and offer a full refund or a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost in transit.

    • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.
