Refund & Return Policy
At Macrya, we are committed to providing you with high-quality handmade macramé products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Customized/Personalized items: Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns for custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process & Address
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, please ship the product to our workshop address below:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We (Macrya) will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or refund your shipping receipt.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: International shipping costs back to Vietnam can be high. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
Rejected: If the item is used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
